BACKGROUND
I am a Turkish born chef who grew up near the Black Sea in the area of Samsun, known for its wide variety of seafood and abundance of vegetation. From the age of six I was incredibly drawn to cooking, so I decided to pursue a culinary career that took me from cooking school in Istanbul to a world renowned restaurant, Changa. After that, I left for London to expand my learning about the culinary influences from France, Italy, Spain, and other regions. Now, I live in Los Angeles and give my Turkish roots the spotlight in exceptional culinary experiences for truly special events of all sizes.
