  • I have the good fortune to have enjoyed the talents of Ali Cengiz since 2016 Ali has prepared casual dinners at my home for my family, intimate dinner parties for social and business purposes, elaborate celebrations like a birthday clambake made in a pit dug in the sand , a paella party cooked over an open fire and several Passover Seders for over 40 people, complete with homemade matzo. The through line for each meal is not just the delicious and innovative food or the gorgeous presentation, but Ali's beautiful spirit and infectious joy for his work.
